Hello! And welcome to my site - 'Kirsty Pye - Photographic Artist' and now also the home of 'Slice Photography', my new Freelance adventure!
I live in Hereford and I am a BA Honours Photography student at The Hereford College of Arts. I have always had an interest in Photography, but my relationship with the medium really began to develop in 2006, after I became very ill with Arthritis. With the disease affecting most of my joints and unable to move very far, I would go into my garden with my Grandmother's compact camera to take nature shots to keep myself sane! And it all went from there!
On here, you will find examples of Documentary, Sports and Events Photographs that I have taken, and also information and images on different projects and exhibitions that I have been involved with!
